OUT-OF-TOWN registration for TDLC All-Hands Meeting 2015, Feb. 27-28

OUT OF TOWN TDLC MEMBERS:

The 2015 TDLC All-Hands Meeting will be held February 27-February 28, 2015,

This year's meeting will held at the Rady School of Management on the Northwest corner of the UC San Diego campus: http://rady.ucsd.edu/about/rady-campus/directions/

All Principal Investigators are strongly urged to attend and invite one of their trainees to accompany them. Every funded project should plan on showing progress through a presentation. This can be in the form of either a poster at the main meeting or a trainee talk at the Fellows Retreat.

TDLC will cover the cost of lodging for Trainees on the night of Wed., Feb. 25 2015, so they can attend the Fellows Retreat on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 3-9 PM.

One Trainee Per PI

Every TDLC PI is invited to attend the 2015 All-Hands meeting, and is invited to bring one trainee. If PIs choose to bring additional trainees to the meeting, the PI must use his/her TDLC funds to pay for the additional trainee's expenses. Trainees will be expected to share a hotel room. Please note if you have a preferred roommate.

NOTE: Hotel accommodations are provided for out-of-town attendees at the Sheraton La Jolla. Once you have registered, your hotel reservations will be made for you based on the dates indicated in your registration.
